My vehicle smelled really hot after driving to Tuscaloosa from Knoxville for a college visit. We were staying at the Capstone on campus and I advised the desk clerk of the situation and asked for a recommendation who quickly stated Warren Tire & Auto. Upon arrival they were super busy but I explained the situation and we were planning on driving back to Knoxville the following day. They said they would check it out for me and give me a call and provided a ride back to the hotel. In a couple of hours they called and said I had an oil leak that was burning on the exhaust and it would be fine to drive back to Knoxville. They came and picked me up and when I checked out they only charged me $6 for the quart of oil they added. No labor! They relieved my worry and assured we should not have trouble driving back to Knoxville. I can't say enough about how quick, friendly, and HONEST they are! Recommend them highly and if my son goes to UA he will only deal with Warren Tire and Auto. Thank you!

I want to thank for your great service in helping me and my family on 1/22/16 I had a tire going flat on my ford explorer I didn't have the tool to take the spare out from underneath and you took care of the problem for me by taking the spare out and putting on my vehicle for you saved the day for us as we had a long drive back home to Ardmore Ala if it wasn't for your great service and you having a heart for people to make sure we was safe to come home I thank you my family thanks you I highly recommend you to everyone I will never forget what you did for us mat GOD bless you and all the employees there at your shop
